We agree rooms and item categories beforehand, then place boxes and unpack the items listed in your quotation. Organising cupboards, installation and removal of materials need explicit agreement.
Can unpacking happen after moving day?
A later appointment may be possible if availability and access allow. Tell us when you want to settle in and which rooms are most urgent.
Is unpacking included in a normal move?
It is available when included in your quotation. Standard delivery and placement do not automatically include emptying boxes.
Can you unpack just the kitchen?

Will you take away empty boxes?
