What should I prepare before furniture dismantling?

Empty the furniture and send photos, dimensions and any assembly instructions. We assess condition and construction because some items cannot safely be dismantled and rebuilt.

Are reassembly and wall fixing included?

Reassembly should be listed in the quote for each suitable item. Wall fixings and electrical or plumbing work are separate and require an explicit agreement and appropriate specialist.

Can all flat-pack furniture be reassembled?

No. Older or damaged particleboard furniture may not tolerate another dismantling. We assess this case by case.

Do you attach furniture to walls?

Wall fixing is not included unless specifically agreed and the wall type and responsibility are clear.

Should I empty wardrobes first?

Yes, unless a different packing method has been agreed.
